SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every order begins in our workshop, where each piece is carefully made by hand. Once it’s ready, we send it on its way with trusted couriers, complete with a tracking number so you can follow the journey. Whether it’s traveling across the street or across the sea, we make sure it arrives safely — from our hands to your home.

EU

We offer free standard delivery throughout the EU for orders above 200 EUR. For especially large or heavier pieces, there may be a small additional fee shown at checkout if transport costs are above the usual range. On the rare occasion that the actual cost is higher than expected, we’ll get in touch before finalising your order. Please note that UK, Switzerland, Cyprus, and Norway fall outside our EU shipping zone.

WORLDWIDE

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout, based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

CARRIERS & TRACKING

We partner with reliable couriers like Correos Express and DHL to ensure your order arrive safely. Every package comes with its own tracking number, so you can follow its progress every step of the way.

PROCESSING TIME

Because each piece is made especially for you, we recommend checking the production lead time to get an idea of when it will be ready. Delivery times vary by location, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way — from the moment you order to the moment it begins its journey to your home.
