Returns & exchanges
We hope you’ll love your order, but if you change your mind, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on full-priced items, and 14 days for items purchased at a discount or with a promotional code. Please note that custom, made-to-order, or bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
To ensure your return is accepted, items must be unused, in perfect condition, and sent back with all original packaging and labels intact. We’re unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or missing their original labels.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we’re not able to offer prepaid return labels at this time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Please note that original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. For EU orders, VAT will be included in the refund amount.
If you’d like to make an exchange, we’ll gladly arrange it if the item you want is in stock.
Please write and email to info@ovenatelier.com for any of these matters
DAMAGED PIECE
Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations and natural marks are part of its character. These details make every item one of a kind. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
WARRANTY
We believe in the lasting quality of our craftsmanship. We offer 2-5 year warranty to cover any defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of purchase. Your warranty period begins from the date shown on your original invoice.
If an issue arises during this time that falls within our warranty, we’ll take care of it — whether that means repairing the piece, replacing it, or offering you a credit.
WHEN WARRANTY DOESN'T APPLY
While we stand by our work, some situations fall outside of this coverage:
-
Any indirect or incidental damage
-
Improper storage, assembly, or care
-
Repairs or modifications carried out without our approval
-
Misuse, neglect, or cleaning with unsuitable methods or products
-
Natural wear and tear from everyday use
-
Outdoor or humid storage or placement if not indicated
-
Extended exposure to strong sunlight or heat
-
Variations in color, grain, or texture compared to samples, as natural materials age and develop their own patina over time
We cherish the individuality of every material we use. Small changes and variations are part of each piece’s story, making it truly one of a kind — and not considered flaws.
